About Website Rescue — In My Own Words
I’m Tim Schmidt, a digital marketer who has worked on over 1,000 websites over the last 20 years. Website Rescue is a Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing Agency based in Weston, Florida, serving clients worldwide — and it’s a subsidiary of my parent company, Ice Cold Marketing.
I started Website Rescue because I saw a real need in the market: business owners who had websites that simply weren’t working for them. My job is to fix that.
What We Do
Website Rescue is your new Internet Marketing department, IT resource, business development arm, and traffic generation team — all in one. We offer a full suite of Internet Marketing services, including paid search, conversion optimization, web development, email marketing, influencer marketing, and YouTube optimization. We work directly with businesses of all sizes to enhance online revenues through link building, content creation, digital strategy, and conversion optimization.
My Story & Why It Matters
I started in the industry fresh out of college and joined one of the first SEO companies in the world, watching it grow from 6 people to over 80 in under two years, before going on my own and starting my first e-commerce business.
I’ve taken 7 different brands to successful exits and have developed online marketing strategies for solo practitioners to global brands. Using my own successes — and more importantly, my failures — I’ve helped many businesses accelerate their ROI with digital marketing strategies and creative business development.
Being a small business owner myself, my clients benefit from the extensive testing and R&D that’s performed on my own internal projects. I take that data and use it to amplify their online marketing efforts.

What Drives Me
At the end of the day, it comes back to one thing. The one thing that has remained constant over my entire career is that I love helping small to medium-sized businesses grow. I’ve done all of this while raising my son as a single father, never missing out on his events, games, and life — all thanks to the incredible superpower the Internet gives me: the ability to work from anywhere.
